Clean rooms, crystal clean pool, helpful staff, beautiful surroundings with forest walk and koi carp pools, great food, amazing pools.

The great hospitality of the staff, the oceanic+green countryside view and the conveniently (and FOC!) shuttle bus help us to get to the venue during our conference day in ICC Jeju!

The hotel is situated in a serene environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beautiful gardens and outdoor swimming pool offer a luxurious experience. The spa facilities are exceptional, including a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The massage services were thoroughly rejuvenating. The staff was extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were elegantly furnished, and amenities exclusive to a luxury hotel were present.

The only downside we experienced was the limited dining options, with only one restaurant on-site, which was expensive for consecutive days of dining. However, it wasn't a significant inconvenience as the hotel location allowed for a quick taxi ride to other restaurant options.

The view, the areas in and around the hotel, the atmosphere, great starting point dayily tours location for us as we had a rented car with GPS. free internet in the business center. The swimming pool and sliding into it.

The beds were comfy. The room was very spacious.

Overrated. Too far away from a lot of places. Toiletries were not offered.

My recent staycation was quite pleasant. The hotel had a beautiful garden and the room was clean and comfy. They had an indoor pool which was quite nice and the staff was welcoming.

Sadly, there were some negative aspects too. The hotel was isolated and we had to rent a car to come and go.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I had an amazing time at this hotel. the resort had beautiful grounds with plenty of opportunities to experience nature. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. the hydrotherapy was a unique and refreshing experience. I also enjoyed the locally sourced food, which was healthy and delicious.

The location was quite remote, which made it difficult to find dining options outside of the hotel. the staff had some difficulty with English, which caused a few misunderstandings with our requests.

I had an incredible stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, doing everything to make my experience unique. The location of the hotel, surrounded by greenery, makes it a perfect spot for relaxation. The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were outstanding, with both an indoor and outdoor pool and a wellness center. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of both European and Asian breakfast food items. With easy access to taxis, transportation was not a problem.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, with several easy-going tracking courses nearby. Rooms offer beautiful views of the hills above Seogwipo and the ocean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing alternative transport and organising adventures for guests. The lounge/bar is a special spot for afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks.

One aspect of the hotel did not feel clean, with old bathroom fixtures and dirty furniture.
